The Aravindam project, a high-rise residential development by Abode Constructions, showcases our expertise in structural engineering. With consultancy from ID, this project involves six units, each with 10 floors and 11 slabs, covering a built-up area of 2,73,484 square feet. Our contract specifically focuses on the structural works, utilizing advanced plywood formwork to ensure high precision and efficiency in construction.
Plywood formwork is chosen for its durability and smooth finish, which significantly enhances the quality of concrete structures. This method also accelerates the construction process, allowing for faster completion while maintaining structural integrity. Our team of over 150 skilled workers, under the supervision of experienced supervisors, works diligently on-site every day, following strict schedules and look-ahead plans to ensure timely progress.
Adherence to industry standards is paramount in this project. We follow the guidelines set by IS codes (Indian Standards) for construction, ensuring all materials and methods meet the highest quality benchmarks. Regular quality control checks are conducted to monitor the strength and stability of the structures, from the foundation to the uppermost slabs.Safety standards are rigorously enforced on-site. Our supervisors conduct daily safety briefings and ensure that all workers use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). We also implement safety protocols such as scaffolding inspections, fall protection systems, and emergency response plans.
The structural works for Aravindam include robust foundation systems designed to support the high-rise load.
